In 1997 Tuscaloosa Fire Equipment, Inc. was established by a firefighter that dreamed to start a business that would be well rounded, able to sell new and used fire trucks, new equipment and have the ability to service the products that were sold. With continuous quality sales and service the dream has come true.
Equipment Sales
Each year we have added new product lines and employees to better serve our customers. We are getting stronger everyday thanks to support from our great customers. Most of our Sales staff are firefighters themselves and know from experience how the products work in real situations.
New Apparatus Sales
We have been a dealer and service center for Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. based in Holden, LA for the past ten years. Ferrara is one of the largest apparatus manufacturers in the United States. We service what we sell and Ferrara has a Toll Free 24 hour Warranty Hotline, a service that our competition does not provide.
Used Apparatus
We selectively purchase fire trucks from all over the United States. We bring the units into Tuscaloosa and have our mechanics inspect and perform any needed repairs to prepare them for sale. Each truck is complete with a pump certification and a 90-Day Warranty.
Service Department
We have two-service trucks that are complete with tools and parts to complete work at the customer's station. Our service department stays busy doing on-site pump testing; field repair and major repair work at our facility in Tuscaloosa.
